We are seeking a Drug Testing Technician/Office Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! This position has a dual role in performing a variety of administrative functions as well as serving the clinical testing needs of our clients. We are offering full and part-time positions with the opportunity to grow with our dynamic and expanding franchise team. No medical experience necessary, we provide all certifications necessary during your orientation and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and answer phones in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments and maintain a daily log of all i coming calls.
  • Perform certified urine, breath alcohol, hair follicle, nail and saliva collections for testing, prepare outgoing specimens for shipment.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Take inventory and order specimen and shipping supplies.
  • Process and maintain business files, customer payments and Quick Book data entry.
  • Follow up on customer leads using email, phone and e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain a clean fresh appearance of the entire office, reception, and testing areas.

  • Able to multitask, be well organized, and focus attention to details.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and reliable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Preferred but not Necessary

 

  • Hospitality/ Restaurant experience 
  • Prior sales experience 
  • Bi-lingual Spanish
  • Quickbooks experience 
  • Social media marketing experience
