Job Title: Distribution Pharmacist & Acute Care Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities:
- Review patient medication records and ensure optimized drug therapy plans
- Dispense medications to hospitalized patients under a physician's orders
- Compound sterile preparations and intravenous medication solutions
- Monitor patients' response to medications and watch for adverse drug reactions
- Consult with physicians and nurses on medications and treatment plans
- Educate patients, caregivers, and hospital staff about proper medication use

Skills Required:
- Valid California pharmacist license
- Excellent communication, assessment and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with pharmacy applications and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay:
$75 per hour
