Iowa Athletic Club, a made-from-scratch restaurant and sports bar located next to the Xtream Arena in Coralville, is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our growing team. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a team environment, and eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply!

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour and up based on experience

Schedule: 30+ hours per week, depending on your availability. Evening and weekend availability is required, with open availability preferred.

Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

Expectations

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand and/or using dishwashers.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Cleans trash receptacles
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Prolonged periods of walking or standing.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
• Must frequently immerse hands in water.
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
