Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Magnet: Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies that fill the talent pipeline with top candidates from diverse platforms, including social media, job fairs, and community events.
  • Leadership Excellence: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Recruitment Team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Onboarding Maestro: Oversee a seamless onboarding process for both hourly and salaried hires, ensuring every new team member starts their journey on the right foot.
  • Internal Growth Champion: Identify and promote high-potential internal candidates, driving the commitment to nurturing and advancing talent from within.
  • National Talent Scout: Travel to career fairs across the country to build a pipeline of future talent, including interns, externs, and apprentices.
  • Strategic Planner: Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, ensuring we're always prepared to meet demands.
  • Offer Negotiator: Craft competitive offers and negotiate terms that attract and retain top talent, including relocation, start dates, and temporary housing.
  • Executive Support: Provide critical support to the executive team by handling key deliverables, managing complex schedules, and ensuring all matters are addressed proactively.
  • Innovative Thinker: Partner with HR leadership to introduce new ideas that drive recruitment success, keeping the organization at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Training Advocate: Lead the training of new recruitment staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the team's success.
  • Metrics-Driven Leader: Establish and track key metrics to measure the success of the Recruitment Team, continuously striving for excellence in every aspect of the hiring process.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and other organizations, representing the organization as the employer of choice in the industry.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of experience in high-volume recruitment leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in HIGH VOLUME retail or hospitality recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, colleagues, and executives.
  • Deep understanding of employment law, behavioral interviewing techniques, and the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to travel extensively to represent the resort at recruitment events.
  • A dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for promoting our values, mission, and culture to potential candidates.

Benefits

125-140K per year. Willing to help with relocation if on the East Coast.
