IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

• Provide leadership, management, and accountability (LMA) for the Events team.

• Lead the Events team to ensure processes, organization, and event operations are set up for success.

• Serve as the primary liaison between groups and internal departments, communicating group needs clearly to Operations for flawless execution.

• Oversee and ensure the execution of Resume meetings and Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings.

• Monitor event delivery to maintain CIVANA’s high service standards and ensure a consistent guest experience.

• Ensure accurate post-event billing and reconciliation in partnership with Finance.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, and Operations to deliver best-in-class group event experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in event management within luxury hospitality, resorts, or wellness environments.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-day event programs.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both internally with staff and externally with clients.

• Ability to manage budgets, billing, and post-event reconciliation with accuracy.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
