Job Description

Cali Shipping is an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Provider . We deliver packages to homes and businesses while leaving smiles on our customer’s doorsteps. Our company is in search of ambitious , responsible , and CUSTOMER OBSESSED delivery drivers to deliver Amazon packages. At Cali Shipping we expect for every delivery associate to put the customer first and exceed their expectations by ensuring that all packages are delivered on time and in safe manner to the correct location. As a delivery associate with our company, you will have the opportunity to grow and advance with our company while earning great bonuses, incentives, and advancement (based on performance). Delivery Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required)
• Good driving record (suspensions in the past 5 years)
• Must consent to drug screen and additional screenings (marijuana use is legal in CA, but not for this driving position)
• Military experience highly recommended
• Authorized to work in the United States (required)
• Delivery driver experience preferred, but not required

Physical Driver Requirements

• Able to lift packages (up to 50lbs)
• Able to climb in and out of a cargo van for up to an 8 to 10 hours a day (180-250) times
• Able to squat, bend, crouch, walk-up stairs, and kneel for up to 8 to 10 hours a day
• Ability to complete assigned routes which may take up to 10 hours to complete

Delivery Driver Associate Skills

• Conduct themselves in a highly ethical manner
• Reliable and accountable
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in English (bilingual is a bonus)
• Ability to work alone and in a team atmosphere
• Ability to multi-task, handles stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
• Be a problem solver and critical thinker
• Ability to operate a telematics/GPS device
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and paperwork
• Represent Cali Shipping and Amazon with a high degree of professionalism
• Have smiles and bring a positive attitude

• Flexible Schedule
• Full-time 4 days (at least 1 weekend day)
• Part-time 3 days (at least 1 weekend day)

• Pay between $17.25 - $19.25 hour (increases based on performance)
