Create a Clean Learning Space: Custodian Opportunity!

Location: Indian Land, SC

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Custodian and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our schools. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive and healthy environment for everyone.

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and all common areas.
• Execute daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting .
• Ensure supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are always replenished .
• Efficiently empty all trash and recycling containers .
• Focus on cleaning windows, doors, and frequently touched surfaces for optimal sanitation.
• Strictly follow all safety and sanitation guidelines .
• Undertake additional cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a bonus, but not required - we value a strong work ethic!
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a great team player .
• Exceptional attention to detail and a positive demeanor.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory for this school-based position.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds .
