What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build with purpose : Assemble components and equipment for oilfield operations according to technical plans.
• Get hands-on : Use manual and power tools to perform precise assembly operations.
• Ensure quality : Verify that everything meets quality standards and specifications—your attention to detail matters!
• Team up for success : Work closely with engineering and production teams to solve challenges and suggest improvements.
• Safety first : Follow safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Keep growing : Take part in training new team members and help improve our processes along the way.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical mindset : Any hands-on assembly experience is great, but we're open to fast learners too!
• Technical curiosity : Comfortable reading basic technical diagrams or willing to learn quickly.
• Tool-friendly : Familiar with (or excited to use) manual and power tools.
• Team player : You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and communicate well with others.
• Detail-oriented : You care about getting things just right to maintain high-quality standards.

Open Positions:

• Day Shift Assembler
  Pay Rate: $18/hr
  Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Night Shift Assembler
  Pay Rate: $18/hr $2.00 shift differential = $20/hr
  Hours: 3:00 PM – 2:30 AM
