We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing outreach and marketing team —representing top nonprofit campaigns and connecting communities to causes that matter.
This is not a call center job —no cold calling, no scripts. Just genuine, in-person conversations that drive real impact.

🎯 What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be a key part of our field outreach team, helping bring nonprofit missions to life through direct engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Representing nonprofit partners at live events, community fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engaging with the public in a friendly, informative, and professional manner
Educating community members about campaign goals, impact, and values
Delivering compelling messages that inspire support and involvement
Building positive, long-term relationships with supporters and donors
Collaborating with teammates to ensure campaign and event success
Upholding values of integrity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction
