We’re seeking motivated, people-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing outreach and marketing team . In this role, you’ll represent top nonprofit organizations and help build awareness for meaningful causes through genuine, face-to-face interactions.

🎯 Role Overview: Customer Service RepresentativeAs a member of our outreach team, you'll be on the front lines of campaigns— engaging the public , sharing inspiring messages , and building support for vital causes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit partners at live events , fundraisers , and community outreach campaigns
Engage with the public in a friendly, informative, and professional manner
Communicate campaign goals, values, and impact clearly and compellingly
Inspire support and involvement through genuine, persuasive conversations
Build lasting relationships with donors and community members
Support campaign logistics and contribute to team success
Uphold values of integrity , empathy , and professionalism at all times
