Corporate Banker

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banker to join our team in Miami, focused on driving C&I business with deal sizes ranging from $50MM to $100MM+ (no ceiling). Ideal candidates should have a strong presence in the local market, deep community ties, and a proven track record of handling large-scale corporate loans and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, with a focus on C&I (no CRE).
• Bring in deposits while originating and managing loans in the $5MM - $100MM range.
• Drive new loans, targeting 80-100MM in new business annually.
• Foster relationships with multi-billion-dollar companies and handle syndicated loans.
• Manage local Florida multi-bank deals and oversee relationships with large corporate clients.
• Work within lending limits, including individual deal sizes up to $20MM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate banking, particularly in C&I.
• Proven ability to close deals in the $5MM to $100MM range.
• A strong understanding of syndicated loans and multi-bank deals in Florida.
• Must have local presence and connections within the Miami market.
• Experience with large-scale corporate clients, preferably with a background in Wall Street or national banking.
• A stable career history with a preference for candidates from larger banks (not commercial bankers or job hoppers).
• Ability to manage national loans and relationships with large companies.
• Lending limit: $130MM (must be comfortable working with these limits).
