Construction Superintendent-Commercial Tenant Improvements

WE are an established General Contracting/Retail Construction (Tenant Improvement) company that is experiencing significant, but managed growth. Our continued growth has created a need for two (2) new Superintendents capable of running daily operations as it relates to remodels and CAPEX work. These new team members will be highly organized and hold responsibility for daily site supervision, schedule management, project workforce, job site safety, job site cleanliness and project quality control.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial / Tenant Improvement projects and be able to self-assemble pre-determined manpower to complete assigned projects. They will use their proven leadership skills to set team priorities that include light demolition, metal stud framing, drywall installation, drywall finishing, painting, ceiling grid installation, flooring installation (carpet tile & VCT), basic carpentry and maintaining job site cleanliness.

Requirements

• Primary worksites are located in the Southeast United States
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the Construction Field
• Ability to interact with construction trades (Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
• Knowledge of Permitting Processes, and the ability to navigate city, county, state regulations
• Capable of self-correction action that keep projects on-time and on-budget.
• Experience with computer based project management tracking tools (Procore desired)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
