The Role :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our expanding team in New Albany, IN. As a key member of our sales team, you will take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, helping homeowners identify and solve their concrete and foundation issues. Your role will be pivotal in consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing top-tier solutions that align with our reputation for quality.

What We’re Looking For :

• Sales & Customer Service Experience : A background in residential real estate, home inspections, or home improvement is preferred but not required . What’s more important is your passion for helping homeowners solve problems and your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Commission-Driven Mindset : If you're motivated by commission-based pay, you'll thrive in this role.
• Construction Knowledge : While construction experience is a plus, we are more than willing to train the right candidate. If you're eager to learn, we’ll support your growth.
• Physical Stamina : Comfort with tasks such as entering crawlspaces, climbing ladders, and performing physical assessments.
• Valid Driver’s License : A reliable vehicle and a safe driving record.
• Basic Computer Skills : Ability to use standard software tools; we’ll provide specialized training to set you up for success.
