Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Summary:

Lead Technical is seeking experienced concrete finishers to join our team in the Phoenix Metro Area. As a concrete finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing techniques to concrete surfaces to achieve a smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing finish. You will work on various construction projects, including multi-family buildings, balconies, and breezeways.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by removing debris, cleaning, and applying necessary treatments.
• Use various finishing tools, such as trowels, floats, and edgers, to smooth and level concrete surfaces.
• Apply decorative finishes, such as exposed aggregate or stamped concrete, as required.
• Ensure that finished concrete meets quality standards and specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [number] years of experience as a concrete finisher.
• Proven ability to work with hardrock and lightweight concrete.
• Experience working on multi-family buildings, balconies, and breezeways.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work early morning hours.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or D preferred).
• Must have own tools

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting hourly rate of $20-30/hour (higher for experienced finishers).
• Additional $1/hour for Class C/D driver.
• Additional $2/hour for experienced finishing foreman.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 30 days of employment.
• 401K with company contribution.
