You will be part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team delivering data, intelligence, and firepower for strategic superiority.The RoleWorking as part of our Production and R&D team, you will use your demonstrated skills and experience in Composites manufacturing processes to make parts and build uncrewed surface vehicles. You will join the team working from our well-equipped facilities in Alameda, California. Willingness to travel within the US and abroad occasionally is welcomed but not required.Required Skills and ExperiencePre-Preg, Infusion, Wet/Vacuum Bag Lamination Techniques.Competence in mixing and use of Epoxy resins, fairing compounds, and industry-standard paints.Ability to read, interpret and understand technical drawings.Ability to work comfortably alone or in a team environment.Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.Have a minimum 1+ years of relevant working experience.High school diploma or equivalent required.Desired Skills and ExperienceBoatbuilding / ShipwrightCompetence in Moldmaking and Toolmaking.Carpentry.Auto Bodywork/PaintingVinyl WrappingCNC Ply Cutter operations.Certified Rigger Training.Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands to grasp, push and pull, bend. Lift up to 50 lbs, and reach with your hands and arms.Location: This position is in Alameda, CA. Our waterfront office offers beautiful views of San Francisco Bay in always sunny Alameda.All employees are required to provide proof of authorization to work in the U.S. within their first 3 days of work.
