We are seeking individuals who are good people, hardworking, want the support of over 100 years of real estate financing experience and want to work mobile from their homes. Because we keep costs down with two offices in Santa Monica and Westlake Village, we can offer up to 80% commission splits day one, which as you know, is well above market. Team atmosphere. We have long standing relationships with decision makers with aggressive lenders. Work closely with insurance companies, banks, agency pension funds, REITS, debt funds and credit unions to provide our borrowers with complete coverage to attain the best pricing and terms for their financing requirements. No territories. Time, information, and experience given by the principals freely to producers without expecting monetary cut of a transaction. Developer and property investor leads to call or e-mail. We belong to a mortgage broker/banker networking community to ask questions on lenders for properties nationwide. Assisting individuals to work on larger non-recourse construction, bridge, permanent, refinance and structured financing. Bi-weekly blast out to your clients with closed deals and "hot money" loan programs under your name and contact. We are seeking independent individuals who believe that they can take a transaction all the way through and are no longer interested in leaving commission dollars on the table, rather it is going into their pockets.
