Chief Operating Officer & Systems Integrator

Job Overview:

Lischerong Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Systems Integrator to oversee and optimize operations across its diverse portfolio of companies: Seaside Grown, Frogmore Bottling Company, and Ellis Reid Trim Work. This role will ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability across all business units, with a focus on creating seamless systems and processes that drive growth and operational excellence. The COO will be based in Charlotte, NC, and travel to St. Helena, SC, for one week each month to oversee on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Design, implement, and oversee systems that enhance efficiency and consistency across all three portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to establish and execute strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the broader vision of each company.
  • Manage and improve operational processes, resource allocation, and overall performance metrics.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Identify and implement best practices across industries to improve operational efficiency and drive cost savings.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and internal data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead special projects to support growth and expansion initiatives across the portfolio.

Travel and On-Site Management

  • Spend one week per month in St. Helena, SC, to ensure smooth operations at Seaside Grown and Frogmore Bottling Company, fostering strong relationships with local teams.
  • Oversee operational activities and address any challenges in real-time, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally within operations or systems integration across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record in optimizing business processes, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and locations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and manage operations in multiple locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
