About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their innovative and dynamic team. The CAO will be a senior executive responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and leadership of the organization's administrative functions. This includes ensuring that resources, processes, and people are in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive efficiency, enhance organizational performance, and create a supportive and effective administrative infrastructure. Key responsibilities for the CAO at the company include cash flow management, strategic leadership in the development and implementation of administrative policies and systems, operational oversight of HR, facilities management, IT, and compliance, team management, and a strong focus on compliance and risk management. Applicants for the Chief Administrative Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, or a related field, with a strong knowledge of organizational development, compliance standards, and administrative best practices. Recent manufacturing experience is preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, particularly in handling and overseeing accounting functions, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at Excel and have a proven track record in leading, mentoring, and developing administrative staff. The CAO will also be responsible for communication and collaboration across departments, representing the administrative function in leadership meetings, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making. Resource management, including vendor relationships and procurement processes, is a critical aspect of the role.
