Key Responsibilities:
Following standard operating procedures and industry standards for formula mixing, sample preparation, and testing
Precise measurement and mixing of formula ingredients described by a formulation log
Preparing test specimens for a variety of tests
Creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Upholding safety standards for the team, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safety guidelines. Documenting and reporting experimental details
Keen observation of experimental details and external factors
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a scientific or technical field
0-1 years of laboratory experience
Experience with coatings formulation is desired
