• Calling clients who have inquired about our final expense packages and informing them of everything available and best suited for them
• Answering customer questions, resolving issues
• Managing communications: handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats
• Building and Maintaining relationships with clients
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Meet personal/team monthly sales quotas
• Processing client transactions and keeping proper records of payments
• Attend meetings and training via zoom

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and ability to listen to client's needs
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Great networking skills with high-energy
• Positive and patient mindset
• Willing to learn and attend training
• Must have a dedicated workspace with reliable internet
• Must have a mobile phone and Laptop, computer, or iPad
