Coordinate the company's Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity. Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans. Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills: 1-3 years of experience in BCM. Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people. Good communication & Multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. High School Diploma is required. 2-5 years financial services, preferably auto finance experience. Good to have bachelor's in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies or equivalent work experience. Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent. Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have.
