COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE OR COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE PERMITS WITH P AND S ENDORSEMENTS OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN A VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE WITHIN THREE WEEKS OF HIRE. NO GREATER THAN 5 POINTS ON DRIVING RECORD AT TIME OF HIRE.
