Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:40 to 4 pm Daily
Compensation: up to $23/hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking Building Substitute Teachers with flexible availability to join our team. In this role, you will follow lesson plans and step into the responsibilities of classroom teachers as needed. Daily challenges and opportunities await in our dynamic learning environment.

Job Duties:

• Skillfully manage a classroom of students, ensuring their engagement and productivity.
• Assume all duties and responsibilities of the absent classroom teacher.
• Adhere to the lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of students during classroom hours.
• Cultivate and sustain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Provide constructive feedback and leave notes for the regular classroom teacher.
• Support non-classroom duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A valid substitute teaching license is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Openness to feedback and a strong commitment to professional growth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Capability to supervise students of various ages in diverse school settings, including recess and the cafeteria.
