Bookkeeper – Hybrid Remote Opportunity
Location: Atlanta, GA

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting for over 100 entities.
• Manage and process invoices efficiently.
• Support the preparation of annual financial planning reports.
• Assist with semi-annual Trustee Meeting reports.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules using CCH software.
• Handle household payroll tax returns, Form 1099s, annual LLC registrations, business license renewals, and personal property tax returns.
• Monitor property taxes and manage appeals.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 8 years of bookkeeping experience 
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A service-oriented mindset, trustworthiness, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• The capability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred although experience will be considered in lieu of degree
