\n Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

\n What’s a typical day as a Billing Specialist? You’ll be:
\n• Setting up and maintaining member accounts while ensuring data accuracy.
\n• Entering data, posting meter readings, and preparing billing documentation.
\n• Receiving and posting payments, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing deposits.
\n• Assisting members with inquiries and preparing work orders as needed.
\n• Supporting Business Administrators and management with additional tasks.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
\n• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and billing software.
\n• Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.
\n• Have excellent communication skills and a background in customer service.
\n• Preferably have payment processing and cash-handling experience.
\n• Are bilingual (Spanish or another language) – this is a plus!
