Job Description

We are looking to add an energetic, caring and hard-working team member with outstanding communication and customer service skills to help present and manage cosmetic treatment of our patients.

As a Beauty Consultant , your goal is to help the company grow by way of helping patients initiate the customized treatment plans made by our dermatologists and plastic surgeons. You will need to be very comfortable going over the treatment plans, including the procedures, prices and recovery times, and handle the patients’ questions. You will be responsible for assuring patients have a great treatment journey in the practice and do proper follow ups with them per our protocols.

We are open Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS! NO NIGHTS! 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be presenting and discussing the treatment plans the doctors have put together including skincare items with the patient, answering all the questions and scheduling their treatments. You will also keep in touch with patients to guide them through the treatment journey and follow up on them as per office protocols.
• You will help inspire patients to look and feel their best through safe, proven, and transformational nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic services. You will be directly responsible for presenting a comprehensive suite of nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic treatments in addition to skincare products. You will educate the patients and help them overcome barriers to their treatments.
• Uncover and deliver on patient’s needs, adding significant value through the patient journey.
• Provide a raving fan experience to every prospect and patient, every day. You will encourage raving fans to share their experiences with others to help others.
• Assist patient with financial arrangements, overcoming any considerations or objections.
• Ability to roll up your sleeves with a can-do attitude and the willingness to do whatever it takes to help the business succeed, even if it’s outside of your job description.
• Maintain accurate customer data and document all customer service activities and discussions in the CRM and other applicable platforms.
• Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal and HIPAA laws and guidelines in regard to patient’s records and information.
• By building rapport and through education, you will empower each patient to overcome objections and barriers to starting their treatment plans and be there as a liaison to ensure patient satisfaction and prompt delivery.
• Through education you will be introducing new products and services.
• Maintain practice loyalty by promoting additional products and services.
• Recommend new products and services by evaluating the current treatment process.
