Staff Accountant – CPA Firm (Audit, Tax & Accounting)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of accounting experience who is eager to grow professionally in public accounting. You’ll work closely with property managers, board members, and team members on a wide range of assignments—audits, tax filings, and general accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with audit engagements and corporate income tax returns and Board election tabulation assistance
Provide specialized accounting assistance with client accounting projects when requested.
Collaborate with internal staff and client contacts
Participate in on-the-job and formal training programs
Maintain organized records and attention to detail across accounts
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of accounting experience preferred
Public accounting experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Must be a team player, quick learner, detail-oriented, and honest
