Staff Accountant – CPA Firm (Audit, Tax & Accounting)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of accounting experience who is eager to grow professionally in public accounting. You’ll work closely with property managers, board members, and team members on a wide range of assignments—audits, tax filings, and general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with audit engagements and corporate income tax returns and Board election tabulation assistance

• Provide specialized accounting assistance with client accounting projects when requested.

• Collaborate with internal staff and client contacts

• Participate in on-the-job and formal training programs

• Maintain organized records and attention to detail across accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred

• Public accounting experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Must be a team player, quick learner, detail-oriented, and honest
