A highly respected Northern California full-service business law firm has an Attorney – Estate Planning opening in their downtown Merced office. My client currently has 77 attorneys specializing in a wide range of practice areas. Their diverse business practices help guide businesses of all sizes through the challenges of owning, operating, and succeeding in the California market. They seek to provide sound business advice from incorporation to ongoing day-to-day management, whether it involves advising on corporate structure, employment advice, counsel, leasing, real estate development, or all facets of litigation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation in estate planning, trust administration, estate administration, and probate matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Advise clients regarding income and estate tax strategies
• Manage probate proceedings and trust administration processes
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and results-driven service
