Associate Technical Product Manager, Innovation

About the Role
As an Associate Technical Product Manager on our Innovation team, you’ll blend your technical skills with strategic product management to lead experiments and prototypes that push the boundaries of what’s possible. You won’t just manage from the sidelines, you’ll roll up your sleeves, working closely with engineers and partners to get things done. Your role will involve executive stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and support across diverse teams and leadership. You will constantly stay on top of next actions, identify obstacles early, and relentlessly move projects forward.
What You’ll Do
· Own and lead regional collaboration test kitchen projects, driving rapid experimentation and prototyping.
· Partner closely with engineers, technical product managers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable product plans.
· Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectively.
· Stay deeply engaged with AI product management concepts—prompt engineering, context management, agentic structures—and bring that knowledge into your work.
· Explore and evaluate emerging technologies including AI, AR/VR/XR, robotics, automation, IoT, blockchain, and other cutting-edge innovations to identify opportunities for experimentation and impact.
· Balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, including coding and technical problem-solving when needed.
· Foster a people-first, humanitarian mindset in all aspects of your work, prioritizing empathy and impact.
· Maintain constant awareness of project status—next steps, blockers, and timelines—and proactively drive progress.
· Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Must Have Skills:
· 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
· Deep, practical technical skills—including coding proficiency and a clear understanding of AI implementation, architectures, and operational structures.
· Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
· Genuine interest and foundational knowledge in AI technologies and product management.
· Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a people-first approach.
· Mission-driven mindset with a passion for humanitarian impact.
· Self-starter attitude with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
