POSITION PROFILE

The Artist Assistant will be an integral member of the team in a fast paced wallpaper manufacturing studio. This role is a physical job that involves directly applying plaster and paint to paper. This is not a creative role, rather focused on application and manufacturing. Primary Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of production Complete product per production schedule Directly applying plaster and paint to paper Learn and master different application techniques for all lines of wallpaper Meet all critical product characteristics Maintain work station clean, organized and safe Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required Observe all company policies and standard practices Minimum Qualifications Painting or plastering experience a plus Must be detailed and precise Must be willing to follow directions Ability to multitask Some lifting (20-50 lbs max) Who We Hire?
