Job Title: Interiors Architect - Space Planner

We seek a talented Interiors Architect - Space Planner to join our integrated design, development, and interiors construction team. This role is ideal for a graduate architect with experience in commercial office layouts and interior finishes who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in designing innovative workplace environments, working closely with sales, leasing, development, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update building stacking drawings to support leasing efforts.
• Engage with tenants/clients to develop programming and space planning solutions.
• Create schematic floor plans and illustrative materials for leasing and marketing.
• Lead design phases from schematic concepts to construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ADA regulations, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, tenants, and stakeholders to implement design intent.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with project goals and resolve field issues.
• Assist in marketing presentations showcasing space plans and branding.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Creative mindset with an eye for workplace design trends.
• 6-10 years of experience in space planning and design.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design industry applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional licensure, SAP knowledge, and/or LEED certification preferred.
