Job Description
We have an immediate opening for Commercial Construction AR/Billing Assistant. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years commercial construction (preferred) AR experience. Candidate should have strong organizational skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, have good communication skills, positive attitude and be a team player. Resume required.
Required experience to include:
· Knowledge of accounting/industry software (QuickBooks)
· Knowledge of commercial construction monthly billing process (Preferred - AIA pay applications, Textura, invoicing, and contract billing)
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Filing and administrative task as required for job performance.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Deadline and detail oriented
