📍 Now Hiring: Leasing & Customer Service Representative

📍 Location: Erie, PA 16509

🕒 Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week (flexibility based on property needs)

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We’re looking for an outgoing and organized Leasing & Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Erie!

In this role, you’ll be the face of the community — helping prospective renters find their new home, supporting current residents, and assisting with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

Leasing & Resident Relations

• Provide property tours and respond to inquiries
• Follow up on leads and prepare leasing documents
• Process applications, deposits, and move-ins
• Assist with lease renewals, rent collection, and resident notices
• Support tenant communication and move-in/move-out inspections

Marketing & Outreach

• Assist with marketing strategies and local outreach
• Monitor leasing trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate on promotional efforts with the marketing team

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain leasing paperwork and resident files
• Track vacancies, renewals, and leasing activity
• Log and follow up on service requests
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (property management software a plus)
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and ADA guidelines is helpful
• Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation required

💪 Physical & Work Requirements

• Combination of office work and walking the property
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Frequent standing, bending, and light activity

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
