• Direct daily refrigeration maintenance operations, minimizing operational costs, and implementing key performance indicators and measurements to optimize efficiencies.
\n
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules, assigning work priorities.
\n
• Direct repairs of refrigeration equipment and ammonia systems.
\n
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to hazmat, PSM, HACCP, health & safety, environmental standards and equipment operations.
\n
• Develop team's technical systems, and predictive & preventative maintenance knowledge.
\n
• Prevent and control operational downtime.
\n
• All other relevant duties as assigned. indhp
\n

\n
• College or technical degree preferred.
  
\n
• 5+ years leadership and management experience within a similar maintenance environment required.
  
\n
• 5+ years experience with refrigeration systems, boilers, high pressure water systems and PSMs required.
  
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
  
\n
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency with technology and computers.
\n
