Job Description

Our Business Development team drives the growth and innovation of our company, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant who can support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CRO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and communications directed to the CRO, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up notes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Handle expense reports, budgeting, and other financial paperwork.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • All other duties as required by business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in travel planning and calendar management is a must.
