Position : Administrative Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Location : Santa Cruz, CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 9:00AM - 4:00PM
Pay Rate : $25.00 - $27.00/HR

Responsibilities:

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Assist with scheduling appointments and preventing conflicts.
Assist with Travel arrangements - booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
Help generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Qualifications:

Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desired
Must be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
