At St. Clare Commons, we’re hiring one part-time and one full-time Activities Assistant to help create meaningful moments and joyful experiences for the residents we serve. Our beautiful community provides assisted living memory care and short-term rehab services in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. You’ll be part of a team that truly values whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit. What You’ll Do:

• Help plan and lead engaging group and one-on-one activities
• Assist with outings, events, and holiday programming
• Build relationships with residents and families
• Support activity programming on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Keep the activity spaces clean, organized, and fun!
• Ensure safety and infection control standards are followed
• Complete activity documentation and assessments as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• A warm, positive attitude and great communication skills
• Creativity, patience, and empathy
• Experience in activities or wellness is a plus, but not required
