We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staffing Support Coordinator to join our dynamic staffing team and play a pivotal role in our operations.

About the Role

As a Staffing Support Coordinator, you’ll ensure seamless staffing operations by managing payroll, vendor payables and contract coordination. This full-time, hybrid (4 home/1 in Montvale, NJ) role requires exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll report to the VP of Staffing and collaborate closely with internal account managers, the accounting team, clients, and consultants to keep our processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track independent contractor/3rd party payables with accuracy.
• Oversee consultant timesheet reconciliation against budgets
• Track and maintain purchase orders (POs) in alignment with billing cycles.
• Draft and manage standardized Statements of Work (SOWs), track contract renewals, and follow up on expirations.
• Coordinate with partners, clients, internal account managers, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Generate reports to support staffing operations and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in operations, payables and budgeting ideally in IT staffing.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to error-free payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, and clients
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-faceted environment.
