Type: Temp-to-Hire/Full-Time

What You'll Do:

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail

· Maintain organized files and documents

· Process invoices and follow up with clients, partners, and vendors as needed

· Manage accounts payables and receivables, including invoice entry and payment processing

· Assist with payroll processing and employee incentives

· Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software

· Perform office manager tasks, including ordering and managing office supply inventory

· Assist with follow-up on purchase orders (PO’s)

· Support HR tasks as needed

· Support office management tasks as required

· Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all aspects of the role

What We're Looking For:

· 3+ years’ experience with general accounting knowledge and office work

· Experience with A/P and A/R

· HR and clerical experience

· A positive attitude and a strong team player mindset

· Knowledgeable in accounting/bookkeeping practices and processes

· Computer proficiency with experience using accounting software

· Strong communication skills, both spoken and written

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Reliability and consistent attendance are essential

· Thrives working independently (self-starter) and collaboratively

Schedule:

· Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm
