Job Description

• Support all FI/CO modules and sub-modules in use on S4/HANA.
• Design and provide support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Prepare technical design documents and detailed specification for necessary ABAP programming.
• Analyze existing business processes and data to identify areas of possible improvements and develop solutions that build value for the organization.
• Work together with internal customers, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful implementations.
• Responsible for current and new localization in new M & A locations.
• Guide external consultants for localization process or specific requests.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• In depth knowledge of the following SAP S4 Processes:
  • General Ledger and financial consolidation
  • Asset accounting
  • Bank accounting
  • Accounts Payable: Vendor invoice management, payment and reconciliation.
  • Accounts Receivable: Customer invoicing, receipts, collection and credit management.
  • Costing: Standard, Actual and Activity-based Product Costing
  • Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis
  • Tax management
• 8-10 years in an SAP FICO Architect/Configuration role.
• SAC knowledge is highly preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of accounting standards such as US GAAP and TFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and Local Legal Requirements.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven background of leading through influence.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to execute change management.
